In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

I have installed Jquery Migrate helper plugin and that customizer loading please check, you can disable this plugin when you dont want to use customizer.
I am still working on this issue to fix this without third party plugin and let you know when I will finish.

You don’t need Jquery to migrate plugin anymore.Kind Regards,
