Hi! My new order e-mails are not sending the customer’s telephone number. I need that info in the e-mails, can you please fix it? Everything is updated to the latest version. Thanks in advance!
Hi @jonybigude
Can you please describe your issue more detailed? Can you please share the screenshot of the issue or a link where the issue exists?
Kind Regards
Sure. Take a look at the attached image. That is how the New Order e-mail to the shop owner looks like. There is no telephone, despite I write a telephone number when making the purchase.
Woocommerce support says the issue is on your e-mail templates.
Please do come back at me soon as the customer is on my back…
Hi, the theme is coded that way, we can’t change that, unfortunately. We are sorry for that, we can’t change it globally for just one user.
Are you serious? What answer is this? Support keeps getting worse and worse, especially for someone who has bought so many licenses of your theme! There has to be a way to show the telephone number, it is a template, somewhere you are hiding it! There isn’t even any practical reason for this, of course one has to have the costumer’s telephone number! I’m not asking you to change the whole theme for everyone, I am asking you to solve this to me so I can include the change on the child theme. No where on the theme’s page you state that you hide customer’s telephone number on purpose, I could not have known this! PLUS, previously you had it on the e-mails. What is the reason not to have them anymore?
Please fix this. Or at least tell me how to fix this. It’s not asking for a lot, once again, especially for someone who bought so many licenses of this theme.
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
Nick is here from Developers team, “Wprsupport” is new in our tema so his understanding for some woocommerce related settings are not quite good. Let me see your case again.
I have readed all thread and here is what i can suggest, please install wordpress default theme and then check if customer’s telephone number are fine and please let me know results.
Kind Regards,
Nick
Yet another answer just to stall. Like I wrote previously, “Woocommerce support says the issue is on your e-mail templates.” and like I wrote to the Envato team, the issue disappears when I change to TwentyTwenty theme.
Hi,
I have read your previous reply but I dont think that this is caused by our template, so please follow the steps I have recommended and let me know if it will worck.
Kind Regards,
Nick
No, you are not reading my answers. I have just explained to you that this issue disappears when I change theme to TwentyTwenty…
