I got a problem with my comments section, e.g. on https://amazingnature.de/fehler-insektenhotel/
When someone leaves a comment the head of the comment looks like this:

Have the same Problem, baught extra support and wrote to the author. No Answer !
The failure apears only with hyperx, when i switch to another theme everything is ok.
For testing i have ALL Plugins deactivated, same failure. I have also repair/optimized the DB. Reinstall Hyperx failure still exist.7 months, 3 weeks ago baminsxichtParticipant

At first, sorry for the late reply. Please deactivate ALL extra plugins and test the issue again. If it still persists, please leave your website URL/User/Password and I will check. Make sure to mark your reply as private so others can’t see it.

Everything you write I have tried several times without success. Have you read and understood my post at all? No! Likewise, I have granted access to the page. I even paid extra support for it and did not even get an answer to my problem.

So, I am having the same comment problem as you with code appearing on the front end. My initial help request was May 17, but now June 4, and no advice yet from support! Would you share (or do you know) what was done to correct the mistake on your site?5 months, 1 week ago ecb1213Participant
So, this is not a developer fix but I decided I couldn’t wait any longer. I downloaded a plugin called Discuz which overrides the theme’s native comment interface and works with Akismet, which I already had installed. No problems with install, no problems with my existing plugins, no site slow-down, and with a few new css rules it looks quite nice with the Hyper-X theme as seen on the site…here. And most importantly, no more naked comment code showing on the front end with every comment. I still consider this a bandaid, but client now has a more robust comment system and is happy with this fix…5 months ago WprsupportKeymaster

what about all the other ones with the same problem that dont want to install a plugin for a dirty workarount? Why dont you guys just fix the problem? Going to your support forums once in 2 month and writing something useless without helping us is really frustrating!
