Can't manage to have a responsive website on mobile

Hi,

I have created a simple site using bard theme, however I have issues with the responsiveness : it works fine on my mobile, but on all other mobiles I’ve tried, it’s not responsive at all.

Any idea why ? I have ticked the responsive check box on wordpress.
