Hi.  I am setting up my website with Bard Pro and tried to install the recommended plugin, but I get this error message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error

    Please help.

    Many thanks

    Hi Delia,

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

We also need plugin name which caused the issue.

    Hi Delia,

We temporarily activated WordPress default theme and tried to activate the plugin but get the same issue, so it means that first, you need to contact your server/hosting provider and ask them to check for the issue.

Please let us know their report.

    Kind Regards
