Since last week we have the Ashe Pro Theme. All of our settings were erased due to a problem with another plugin, so we had to re-enter everything. But we don’t find a solution to our biggest problem – the header. On wider device screens the header is zoomed and cropped at the top and bottom so that the original header can no longer be seen completely.

How do we change the settings so that on ALL devices – no matter the size – the full header is visible?

    Please help us.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

Can you please describe the issue you have in more detail? Please share a direct link to the page where the issue appears and for more clarifications, please share screenshots of the issue.

    Kind Regards

    Thanks for your fast reaction.

Every header we use on our homepage is shown differently on different screens. For example the header is perfectly shown on the mobile screen and a small laptop screen, while on a bigger laptop screen or a PC screen the header is zoomed and cut off. You can see it at the screenshots we take from a mobile screen, a laptop and a PC screen.

    Hi,

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo
