    Hi Carina,

At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays and thank you for upgrading to PRO.

Please make sure that the changes you make are published and not saved as a draft if the changes are saved and published and still can have the issue.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

    Hi Carina,

Weird case, we checked customizer options and everything works fine on our end, we were able to make changes and publish them.

Regarding the sidebars we can see that they are almost on all pages, please see the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/peIJwH

If the changes do not appear on your end, they can be related to your caching, please clear caching data of your website and browser too, after that check he website again.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Vako,

It is not a weird case, you checked the wrong parts, you checked entries and not pages, se below.

It is pages I have issues with not entries. There is not a single page that have sidebars.

These are the pages on my site accessed from https://w.gokboet.nu/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

    https://w.gokboet.nu/tjanster or https://wesenlund.se/tjanster

Just an addition, I have cleared cache several times. I have also cleared all cookies and restarted my browser. Tried different browsers and also logged in and out and restarted the browser.

    Hi Carina,

In the Ashe Pro theme sidebars can be enabled in several ways, first is to select page layout with sidebar, for this please navigate to Dashboard  > Appearance > Customize > General Layouts > Page Layouts and chose your prefered style which includes sidebars, here is the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/Pk14rf

The pages which are not listed in this customizer section can also use sidebars via page options, please navigate to Dashboard > Pages > Edit page > Page Options > Show Sidebar

Please make sure that widgets in the sidebar areas are added from the back end, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and check sidebar areas are filled with widgets you want to be displayed.

    Kind Regards

Hi and your reply does not help me the least. I have already done all that you have written. I also wrote that in the first helprequest that nothing saves the pages with sidebars, not even when I choose to create a new page.

I have sidebars enabled using the <span style=”color: #4f4f4f; font-family: Poppins, Helvetica, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;”>Dashboard  > Appearance > Customize > General Layouts > Page Layouts and chose your prefered style which includes sidebars,  </span>

Your next solution was the one that did not work as I wrote from the start. When I edit a page and the options it does not change, it stays the same despite how many times I change it.dashboard settings

The widgets on the sidebars are added on all other blogentries I have wrotten so they work from the backend part.

Please help me get this working as it should.
