    Hi YAHYA,

The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will be able to detect whcih one is the reason for the issue.

    Hi,

As I told you already, there are NO issues on our end. The theme itself does NOT fail the database, the source of the issue comes from 3rd party plugins which we are NOT responsible for.

Please think twice, how can we assure that the plugins you’ve installed will damage your database? For sure that’s impossible. That’s why everyone should avoid installing multiple 3rd party plugins on the working website, it’s always better to test them first.

In the previous reply, I’ve sent you a link with a FRESH installation of Ashe PRO theme on your website, you can check it by yourself, everything works fine!

That’s all I can tell you. And again, I’m telling you with 100% responsibility that the Ashe PRO theme does NOT create database errors.

    Thanks for understanding!

    Kind Regards
