    1. We are using Ashe and Ashe Pro
    2. We just created a child theme too to try to force-fix a solution
    3. We just updated the Permalinks format of our entire site
    4. The website displays as expected on desktop
    5. Our images are lost on the mobile experience
    6. Best guess is some critical responsive file is not loading and disrupts the mobile experience.
    7. We have fixed it 3 times but after any publishing (of either a post or edits inside Customizer) inside WordPress, the failure – only for mobile – always returns
    8. We have caching turned off at the host level and that shouldn’t be the source of the trouble

    Any insight or suggestions?  Thank you.

    I believe we have now identified and corrected the disruption.  It appears that the disruption was caused by settings in JetPack.  And we have restored the intended experience for mobile delivery.  Thank you.

    Actually it is not a theme related issue, this is the Jetpack mobile theme option, to disable it please read this related topic: https://jetpack.com/support/mobile-theme/
