Hi all,

all of the pics on the project I work on are jpg AND optimized, but the website itself is extraordinarily slow while loading.

And I havent uploaded videos nor audios yet!

I have read your marketing slogan

“Speed Optimization

The Theme is coded with Speed in Mind. Compatible with the most popular Speed optimization plugins.”

What does that mean?

Is there a speed optimization within the theme or do I have to use a plugin?

The site speed depends on many cases, installed plugins, custom CSS, cached plugin configurations, image optimization, manually added scripts in widgetized areas and etc.

In order to assist you we need to check your site backend, please send us your website URL/USERNAME/PASSWORD.

Make sure to mark your reply as Private to hide it from the public.

We will check if our theme can be the issue for the site speed, for this we need the required info and your permission to test your website on WordPress default theme.
