I am currently working on building my page’s archive and was wondering two things regarding tags:
1. Is it possible to change the taxonomy for “you may also like” posts from category to tag?
2. Is it possible to remove the header image from tag pages OR to upload a custom header image for that tag?
Thank you in advance!January 4, 2020 at 1:52 am #39763
Also is there a way to show the tag description in the tag archive page?January 4, 2020 at 4:54 pm #39768
At first, thank you for upgrading to the pro version.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible with theme options, please try to use some other 3rd party plugins for that.

That’s a shame. I’m assuming then we also can’t display Tag title, correct? It would be great to see it in a future update.
Thank you for your answer!January 6, 2020 at 9:50 pm #39797
I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will discuss your idea as a new feature in the next theme update.

The child theme will not affect the actual customizations.

So here is the breakdown of the features and how they worked:
Tag title and description: Works perfectly!
Tag archive header: Successfully gone! Still would be nice to be able to upload custom header for this.
You may also like based on tags: It seems to work on some of the posts, not all of them. With some, the section disappears altogether.

Can you please describe your issue more detailed? Can you please share the direct link to page the issue appears? Screenshots will be much appreciated to better understand the issue.

Of course, so, on some blog posts, the section “You May Also Like” is not visible, despite there being tags in common with other posts. Two such posts are these:
In these posts, the section that normally appears between author description and leave a comment is gone:
And on these posts, the “You May Also Like” section appears as normal:
As you can see in this screenshot here:
