I know I tried that each time this is the error message I receive when I upload an ogg file:

    <span class=”upload-error-filename” style=”box-sizing: content-box; font-weight: 600; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;”>homepage-dog-white-1 (1).ogg</span><span class=”upload-error-message” style=”box-sizing: content-box; display: block; padding-top: 8px; overflow-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;”>Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.</span>

    Any fixes for that?

Please elaborate what would be best and what is the file name I am seeking. I looked this up for a while only to find tons of forums with dead ends. Please advise. Or at least let me know how to get that ugly play button off the wong and have it just look like an image but play a video on andriod and desktops.

That would make sense if it was 1 person but it’s 3 people with 3 different phones so I am afraid may be a theme issue can you try to think of another reason this could be happening?

    <p style=”margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; color: #4f4f4f; font-family: Poppins, Helvetica, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;”>2. I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will contact you.</p>
    Any feedback on this?

    1. Unfortunately it’s not possible to locate text logo on the other part of the website, only the header section, but you can use the mini logo for the main menu navigation.

How do I make sure it doesn’t appear over my video on the header? 2. Weird, we checked and all works fine, I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will contact you. Definitely still happening to 3 of m partners in 3 different states on 3 different phones.

    3. Drop cups are disabled for mobile screens for better designs.– That’s fine but when it changes from drop cap how do I get it to leave the first letter bold it is unbolding the first letter on mobile too. 4.Only lead me to purchase a plan no information please send a new link? Do you feel like it’s a hosting issue? What host do you prefer?
